Friendly and responsive personnel, excellent parking options nearby. Spacious, comfortable room with stunning mountain view. Hidden yet central location, able to walk to Montana or Crans. Staff always available, even during busy periods.

Staff were were very friendly, not recommended for elderly people as very hilly up to Montana.

The hotel was within close walking distance to the town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accomodations were very clean and we traveled with two children so there was plenty to do for them. I would go back and stay there again.

The rooms are comfortable and many have balconies with an amazing view over the mountains. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a wide variety of pastries offered.

The pool and lounge were amazing, providing us with a great place to relax and unwind. We also loved the beautiful views we had from our terrace, which was shared with nearby rooms. the beds were very comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep.

The bathroom definitely showed some wear and tear and the bidet leaked a bit, however, it was still clean and usable. it did tend to get quite hot in our room, since there was no AC. we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay in the area.

We stayed at La Prairie for a weekend getaway and were impressed with the friendly staff, delicious meals, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even helping us with a small emergency. Our daughter loved the hotel's pets and the tasty meals. The comfortable room, along with the attentive and caring staff, made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this magical and complete hotel experience.

We had a great time in this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location to the town centre and golf course. Free parking and shuttle service were also provided.

Had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! Loved the delicious breakfast buffet which had a great selection of pastries and other treats. the location was perfect – just minutes away from the cable car and plenty of great restaurants. What I loved most was the shuttle service provided, which made it easy for us to get around without any hassle.

Although the ski boot rooms were not ideal with no dedicated ski boot dryers or locking facilities for skis, the hotel made up for it with their friendly and helpful staff. However, the walk uphill to the town center and to the ski lifts was quite steep and quite a challenge, especially in ski gear.
